Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and UK bank holidays). Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

International Shipping
International delivery typically takes 5–14 business days, depending on location. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for customs duties or import taxes, where applicable.

Tracking Your Order
All orders include tracking. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 business days (UK), please contact us at info@brandclo.net. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, weather, or incorrect delivery information provided at checkout.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.
